Steve has 30+ years experience in Business Consulting and Change Management, specialising in the areas of Knowledge Management (tacit and codified KM techniques) and Information Management (capture, organisation, classification, retrieval and disposal of information assets). He has developed and implemented KM and IM Strategies for a range of public sector, private sector and not-for-profit organizations. He is an evangelist and practitioner in the use of Social Media applications for supporting organisational learning and personal knowledge management (PKM) and runs occasional Master-classes and workshops on PKM and Digital Content Curation.
